At Chandelier, we want your home to glow with perfection; if your lighting fixture isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled, like-new condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repack the fixture in its original box with all crystals, mounting hardware, and instruction manuals included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
